When and as I see myself desiring/craving/wanting to be liked/praised/admired/worshiped/ by others, I stop, I breathe, I realize the vanity I have been chasing my whole life, in that, I stop, I breathe, I am here, equal and and one to all. As breath, I see that I am one and equal to all.
