Day 94 – My dad’s voice Irritates me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be irritated by my father’s voice.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be angry and irritated by my father’s voice.

i forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel angry when I hear my dad speaking.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel angry and frustrated when I  hear my father’s voice.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to experience annoyance and anger when I hear my dad’s voice.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel frustration, anger, irritation and annoyance when I hear my father’s voice, and his tonality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge my dad’s voice as awful and bad.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge my dad’s voice as screaming and bitter.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge my dad’s voice as unbearable and painful to listen

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react in anger, frustration and annoyance, when I hear my father’ voice.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize all my judgments and reactions towards my dad’s voice are simply my own creations, they only reflect my own limitations and allowance.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize all my judgments and blames i hold towards my dad’s voice are simply my own limitation and judgments I have accepted and allowed as real.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize all my reactions and experiences I feel when I hear my father’s voice, are my own acceptances and allowances. In this I forgive myself for not letting go off the reactions and simply breathing here as breathe of life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize me simply breathing here as life, as breathe of life, would support me in not reacting to a voice tonality of another human being.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize me simply not breathing here as life, is the core issue.

When and as I see myself reacting to my father’s voice, I stop, I breathe, I deeply breathe, I remain within my body, not allowing any old pattern of reactions and frustrations to take over. I see/realize/understand my reactions are my own, I am responsible for them, regardless how much I justify my dad’s voice as bad or irritating. I see/realize/understand my reactions are mine to stop. so I stop, I breathe.
