Day 78 – I hate being blamed.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to take it all personally when others blame me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react in anger when others blame me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hate the experience of been blamed by others.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear being blamed by others.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe and feel that others now don’t like me anymore that is why they are blaming me now.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize I have the desire to be liked by others and when that desire is not satisfied I get angry. in this I forgive me for getting angry at others for not liking me and satisfying my desire to be liked.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to take it all personally and get all hurt and upset when others blame me for any reason.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hate being blamed and therefore react angrily whenever I am at the receiving end of blame.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to get hurt when others blame me, not realizing I allow me to get hurt because I take it personally.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize when others blame me, is it really about me? or is it about them losing their own minds? without ever really taking the moment and whats happening in the moment and looking at them within common sense, I forgive me for taking it all personally and seen others as nasty evil enemies for blaming me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize reacting to others is not acceptable no matter what. because when I react I am losing myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize when I react I lose the chance to look at me, look at how I am taking the event, look at what is that I am accepting and allowing.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize I am driven by the desire to be liked by others and therefore that is a burden on any relationship. Always wanting to be liked, so whenever that is not met specially when I am blamed, I allow myself to react nastily, so in this I forgive myself for not realizing that the core issue is my desire to be LIKED by others no matter what.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize the moments of blame are gifts been offered to me, because such moments allow me to see my own acceptances and allowances. If I am possessed by the desire to be liked then yes, even a slight comment by others will set me off to the roof, therefore when others blame me, it offers me a chance to see myself, also to see what is the real points the other being is throwing at me in the form of blame.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize my primary responsibility is to be HERE as life, which means breathing here and not going into the mind. Until and unless I take that primary self-responsibility for myself to be here as life as breath, as breathing, blames from others will be thrown at me to look at myself and my acceptances and allowances. If I am in the mind’s dreamland I will be demanded to stop it in the form of blame from others. so when others blame me, I see/realize/understand it is a chance to look at me, myself, my own bullshit.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize it is never personal, so I see/realize/understand taking things personally will not assist me.

When and as I see that I am being blamed by others, I stop, I breathe, I see/realize/understand there exist gifts for me within the blame, therefore without taking the blame personally, I see/look what is that I am accepting, and allowing, what is that point I am not taking responsibility for, what is the point that needs to be investigated, so I direct myself to look/see, and align myself to what is best for all. I stop seen blames as a nasty personal attack on me, instead I direct myself to see the blames from others as gifts to me, for me to realize my own self. I direct myself to see others as nasty evil enemies for blaming me, because I see/realize/understand those who blame me are actually giving me gifts for me to see me.
