I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to chant mantras to uplift myself spiritually. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe in so-called Holy Mantras. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to repeatedly chant the so-called sacred holy mantras believing I am achieving something great for myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that by chanting the holy sacred mantras I am going to uplift myself spiritually and in my world affairs. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to chant the mantras believing them to be the holy names of a God, who will favor me because I am chanting his name endlessly.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to chant the so-called holy sacred at times secret mantras which were secretly given to me by my Guru (for few hundred dollars), believing that I am attaining the divine blessing of the Invisible God for my Visible world problems like desire for more money and success in the world. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hold the mantra “Shreeem” as a secret as it was secretly given to me by then Guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar which I held secretly believing I have a special code to God that no other has. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to seek special favors from God by holding onto secret expensive mantras that were given just for ME. So that I can attain all I want spiritually and materially. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to chant the holy sacred secret mantras repeatedly at times for hour or so believing that I am getting special attention from God himself because I am chanting his holy secret sacred names. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to chant the mantra of Shiva so repeatedly believing that I am getting closer and closer and closer to Shiva so that I can get all I want to fulfill my wants and desires. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to chant ‘Om Namah Shivaya’ repeatedly hoping to get special blessing from Lord Shiva himself so that I can get what i want and desire. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to self-harm myself with repeatedly implanting sound frequencies within my flesh without realizing its consequences, but blindly hoping it will benefit me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to submit myself entirely to the power of mantras and therefore entirely give up my self-power as me as life. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to repeatedly chant the so-called Maha Mantra believing that Krishna will dance on my tongue. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to repeatedly chant the Mantra “Hare Krishna Hare Krishna” hoping it will bring me closer to Lord Krishna and therefore I will get all the material and spiritual benefits. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to implant the sound frequencies of ‘Hare Krishna’ mantra in my body. I delete this, I release this, I let go of this mantra from my body. I no longer accept and allow any so-called mantras to influence me or direct me. As I am the self-directing principle as life as me.

I delete, I release I let go of all the spiritual mantras and prayers I have ever chanted, I realize/see/understand that I have implanted them as sound frequencies within my body, therefore I delete them all, I release them all, forevermore.

I delete the mantra ‘Om Namah Shivaya’ from my body forevermore.

I delete the mantra ‘Hare Krishna’ from my body forevermore.

I delete all the names of Gods that I have ever chanted forevermore.

I am here as breath, breathing as my human physical body. I am the physical here as breath.

I see/realize/understand that me living here as physical is the key, no mantra or prayer is ever needed, I am here with common sense and with the principle of what is best for all, I direct myself to live here as a living force.

I forevermore delete Shiva Mantras, Krishna Mantras, Ganesh Mantras, Durga Mantras, Kali Mantras, and my former secret expensive mantra “Shreeeeem”, and all other mantras that I ever chanted.

I am here as breath, breathing.
